So this is the painting I am working on, obviously not even close to being done. I had to start off with something simple to get back in the groove. I haven’t painted alot in a while and I have to paint 4 paintings by Thursday to take out of town with me..eek! I’m going to Fairhope/Gulf Shores for a family wedding. I’m so excited because I haven’t been to the beach in 9 months and I miss it terribly. Since moving to Huntsville I realized that the beach is my home. I will never be happy anywhere but there.

I have been wanting to redo my blog design for a while now and finally did! I think it looks much better. I wish wordpress had more templates to choose from though. I have a blogspot blog but I have never used it and I have the link to this one in so many places, I don’t want to start over. I think it looks good for now. What do you think?

I’ve been wanting to make some purses but I don’t have my sewing machine here. So I was desperate. I decided to use duct tape and staples. I’ve heard of other people using this but wasn’t sure if it was going to work. Surprisingly, it’s very sturdy and looks great! I’m so proud…
